• 9:55am, Report for attendance, already dressed in concert black. Travel reminders.

• 10:15am, Load the bus and depart (45min drive)

• 11:10am, Arrive at Egg Harbor Twp HS

  • Load in, unpack instruments, use bathrooms

• 12:10pm, Warm Up

• 12:35pm, Staging

• 12:40pm, Performance

  • Tickets: $15 for adults and $10 for students

  • Students can bring money for concessions after our performance.

  • Watch other groups perform. Check out the line up of performances here.

• 3pm, Awards Ceremony

• 4pm, approximate load buses (45min drive)

• 4:45pm, approximate return to WHS

• 5pm, approximate dismissal after clean up
