*The staff will choose an option and make the final call Sunday morning.
Option 1 (No Thunderstorms, Original Plan):
- 8:30am, Report
- 9am, Rehearsal
- 12pm, Lunch (leftover spaghetti and meatballs & tacos from the last 2 nights provided by the BPA)
- 1pm, Clean Up the Band Room (floors need to get cleaned and waxed this upcoming week)
- 2pm, Group Activity
- 3:15pm, Students travel outside and set up equipment in the football stadium
- 4pm, Ice Cream Social
- 4:30pm, Students Warm Up
- 5pm, Band Camp Preview Performance in the football stadium
- 6:15pm, Approx dismissal from the High School after clean up
Option 2 (Thunderstorms, Backup Plan):
- 8:30am, Report
- 9am, Rehearsal
- 12pm, Clean Up the Band Room (floors need to get cleaned and waxed this upcoming week)
- 1pm, Lunch (leftover spaghetti and meatballs & tacos from the last 2 nights provided by the BPA). Students will watch DCI videos in the Band Room as they eat.
- 2pm, Group Activity: "Create-A-Kuntz" (Not Mr. Kuntz's idea...optional activity. Students may be picked up at 2pm if they don't want to participate)
- 3pm, Approx dismissal from High School after clean up
If we need to go with Option 2, the Parent Preview will be rescheduled to Saturday August 24th at the end of rehearsal. More information coming soon.
