Overnight medication reminder

Hello everyone,

On February 24th, we sent out this medication form: overnight trip form.pdf to be completed for our upcoming overnight Wildwood trip. This is a reminder that all medications and medication forms are due to the high school nurse by this upcoming Monday, 4/13/26. 

• Overnight trips require a separate medical form to be filled out by all students (see attached).

• If your student needs to take medication on this trip, please pay close attention to the instructions on the medical form.

  • In order for students to take any type of medication on the overnight trip (including over the counter medication such as Tylenol, Advil, Cough Medicine…etc.), you will need to see your doctor in advance.

  • The nurse attending the trip will give out all medications for the duration of the trip. Students can not have medication in their personal belongings or luggage.

  • If your student needs or carries an asthma inhaler or epipen, additional forms are required to be completed by the healthcare provider. If these forms are not on file with the nurse for this school year (forms submitted last school year are no longer valid), they will need to be completed for this trip.

  • If you have any questions about the medication forms or need additional forms please contact the nurses, 856-262-8200 ext 2420.

• If you have already turned in an overnight trip med form (DECA, Senior Trip, etc.) you do not need to hand in another form. You need to go to the nurses office and update the form you have already turned in with the trip location (Wildwood) and dates (Wed, Apr 29 - Sun, May 3) at the bottom of the 2nd page.
