Jazz Competition - Schalick HS 2026

Friday, 3/20 - Jazz Competition - Schalick HS (718 Centerton Rd, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318)

• 4:10pm, Report for attendance, already dressed in concert black. Travel reminders.

  • If you can't go home and come back, you're welcome to stay in the Band room after school.

• 4:25pm, Load the bus and depart (30min)

• 5:10pm, Arrive at Schalick HS

  • Load in, unpack instruments, use bathrooms

• 5:50pm, Warm Up (in Band Room)

• 6:25pm, Performance

  • Tickets: $14 - adults, $10 - students and seniors

• After Performance

  • Students can bring money for concessions after our performance.

  • Watch other groups perform. Check out the line up of performances here.

  • Indoor Percussion & Indoor Color Guard Students: If you'd like to leave after our performance due to your rehearsal on Saturday, that's perfectly fine! Parents would need to pick you up (make sure I see you leave with them). Talk to each other and consider carpooling!

• 9:30pm, Awards Ceremony

• 10:30pm, approximate load buses (50min drive)

• 11pm, approximate return to WHS

• 11:15pm, approximate dismissal after clean up
