9/8-9/12 Weekly Schedule
Tuesday, 9/8 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
Thursday, 9/10 - Away Football Game at Washington Township High School. (529 Hurffville - Cross Keys Rd #2831, Sewell, NJ 08080)
*Wear your blue polo or blue member shirt. Please eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime. We are only a pep band tonight, we are not performing on the football field.
3pm - Doors Open
Students are permitted to stay after school if they cannot secure a ride on time.
4pm - Report to HS and Rehearse Pep Tunes
4:40pm - Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses. Use bathrooms before we depart.
4:55pm - Depart on WHS Buses (20 min bus ride)
5:15pm - Arrive at Washington Twp HS
6pm - Game Starts
Halftime - Students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents. Students are not permitted to purchase concessions.
8:30pm - Approximate game end
8:45pm - Depart Rowan
9:05pm - Approximate Return to WHS
9:15pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Friday, 9/11 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
Pack everything in the blue and white trailer overnight.
Saturday, 9/12 - Rehearsal
6:30am - Doors Open
7am - Report. Everyone Report to HS (please eat breakfast before you arrive).
7:15am - Walk over to stadium with all equipment that we need for rehearsal
7:30am - Media Day group photo in stadium
8am - Set up and stretch
8:30am - Rehearsal
12pm - Lunch in High School Cafeteria
We will review uniform etiquette
1pm - Rehearsal
3pm - Run through & Announcements at practice field
3:15pm, Practice Packing the Blue Trailer
Students that are not involved with pit crew or loading the trailer can be picked up from the high school once they're done cleaning up. Approx pick up at 3:30pm.
Students that are part of the pit crew and percussion sections should plan on staying to learn how we are packing the trailers this season. If you cannot stay after rehearsal, please contact Mr. Kuntz asap.
Any parents that plan to help load/unload/put together props at competitions this year are encouraged to join us! Meet us at our blue and white trailers located at the middle school football gate.

Friday, 9/18 - Home Football Game vs Lenape HS (6pm Game Start. Report Time TBD, most likely around 4pm. We will perform during half time!)
Saturday, 9/19 - NJMBDA Competition at Clearview Regional HS (11:30am Report Time, 7pm Performance Time)
Tuesday, 9/22 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
Thursday, 9/24 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
We are not attending the Away Football Game at Cherry Hill East
Friday, 9/25 - No Football Game. No Rehearsal.
Saturday, 9/26 - NJMBDA & TOB Home Show Competitions! (Report Time TBD)
