This week’s rehearsals
- Tuesday, 9/28 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- Thursday, 9/30 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
Friday, 10/1 - Away Football Game at Shawnee HS
- 5pm – Report and Load Trailer (wear your blue member shirt and non-ripped jeans, eat dinner before you come, you will not be able to eat a snack until after Shawnee’s Half Time performance)
- 5:30pm - Depart for Football game
- 7pm - Game Starts
- 9:30pm – Approximate Game End
- 10:30pm – Approximate Return to WHS
- 10:45pm - Approximate Dismissal
Saturday, 10/2 - Competition at Shawnee HS
- 9am - Rehearsal begins in parking lot
- 12:30pm - Load the trailer, Eat, and Dress (make sure you have your 2021 Leonardo tour shirt if you don’t wear it to rehearsal)
The Band Parents will be providing hamburgers and hot dogs for late lunch for us! (Thank you Band Parents!) You can bring dinner if you would rather eat something else. Please reach out to Mr. Kuntz if you have any dietary restrictions. This will be the last time you will be able to eat until after our performance
- 2:15pm - Depart WHS
- 5:30pm - Performance at Shawnee HS
- Students may purchase concessions after our performance and throughout the remainder of the competition. It is not required to purchase concessions, but I'd like for us to support Shawnee's fundraising as much as possible. Money can be left in their garment bags on the bus. We will be returning back to the buses after our performance, before we watch the other bands in the bleachers.
- 9:45pm - Awards
- 11:15pm - Approximate Return to WHS
Sunday, 10/3 - Competition at Shawnee HS (Rain Date)
- If the Saturday competition is cancelled due to bad weather, we will not rehearse on Saturday.
- Instead, we would attend Shawnee’s Sunday Rain Date competition, following a similar competition day schedule above. If this happens, I will update the schedule as soon as possible.

- Thursday, 10/7 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- Friday, 10/8 - Away Football Game at Washington Township HS (Report time TBD. Game starts at 7pm. We are only performing as a pep band).
- Saturday, 10/9 - Competition at Millville HS (Williamstown performs at 6:30pm at Millville HS. Awards at 9:45pm. More information coming soon).
- Sunday, 10/10 - Millville Competition Rain Date Performance TBD
