This week’s rehearsals
- Tuesday, 9/27 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- Thursday, 9/29 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- This is also the WHS Back to School Night (starts at 6pm). The other staff will run rehearsal. Mr. Kuntz will return to rehearsal at 8pm.
Tuesday, 9/27 - Middle School Recruitment Field Trip! (during the school day)
- Rain Date - Wednesday, 9/28 (follows same schedule)
Friday, 9/30 - Home Football Game vs Cherokee HS (Middle School Band Night!)
*Wear your blue member shirt and eat dinner before you arrive. You will not be able to eat a snack until 3rd quarter.
**Please note, any mention of MS (Middle School) students is for the students not currently in Marching Band. 8th graders that are currently in Marching Band will follow the same schedule/procedure as the High School students.
- 5pm - Report for attendance, Pack Trailer, and Change Into Uniforms while MS students report to the theater entrance for attendance with Ms. Park.
- 5:30pm - Rehearse the National Anthem and some pep tunes with the MS students in the High School Theater Parking Lot
- 6pm - Depart for the stadium
- Pregame - All MS Band students will join the HS Band students on the field to play the National Anthem
- 7pm - Game Starts
- 9:30pm – Approximate game end
- 10:10pm – Approximate Return to WHS
- 10:20pm - Approximate Dismissal after clean up

Saturday, 10/1 - Rehearsal (TOB Competition at Shawnee HS Canceled) (Updated on 9/30)
- 9am - Report to watch film from Thursday night's rehearsal in the Band room. Make sure everyone eats breakfast before they arrive!
- 10am - Rehearse music and visuals (most likely indoors the entire time)
- 1pm - Rehearsal Ends. Students get picked up after clean up.

- Tuesday, 10/4 - Honor Flight! (only for WHS students in the morning. More information coming soon).
- Tuesday, 10/4 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm) [Band Parent Meeting at 7:30pm in the HS Band Room]
- Thursday, 10/6 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- Friday, 10/7 - Away Football Game at St. Augustine Prep HS (Report time TBD, probably around 4:15pm). Game starts at 6pm.
- Saturday, 10/8 - NJMBDA Competition at Millville Memorial HS (Williamstown performs at 1pm. Awards at 2pm. More information coming soon).
