This week’s rehearsals

• Tuesday, 9/30 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

  • Also High School Back to School Night.

• Thursday, 10/2 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

  • All washed uniforms need to be brought back by this date to ensure everything is ready for Saturday.

Friday, 10/3 - Away Football Game at Rancocas Valley HS (520 Hedding Jacksonville Rd, Mt Holly, NJ 08060)

• *Wear your blue polo or member shirt. Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime. Check the weather!

• 4:15pm - Report to HS

  • Students are allowed to stay in the Band room after school. Please contact Mr. Kuntz if you are unable to make it to report on time. We will not be able to wait for students that arrive late.

• 4:20pm - Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses. Use bathrooms before we depart.

• 4:30pm - Depart on WHS Buses (60min bus ride)

• 5:30pm - Arrive at Rancocas Valley HS

• 6pm - Game Starts

• Halftime - We will watch Rancocas Valley's Band perform, then students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents.

• 8:30pm – Approximate game end

• 8:45pm – Depart Rancocas Valley HS

• 9:45pm – Approximate Return to WHS

• 10pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

Saturday, 10/4 - NJMBDA Competition at Millville HS (Millville's football stadium is located at Millville Memorial High School, 504 E Broad St, Millville, NJ 08332)

• Parents, Sign Up to help here!

• 7am - Doors Open

• 7:30am - Report to High School for attendance. Please eat breakfast before you arrive.

  • Winds and Percussion - Make sure you are wearing your 2025 tour shirt

  • Color Guard - Speak with Gia and leadership about what to wear/come prepared with (hair, makeup, etc)

• 7:35am - Load golf cart and walk over to the practice field

  • Bring everything you need for packing after rehearsal.

• 8:20am (or sooner) - Rehearsal. No winds playing. Percussion can play.

• 8:50am - Pack the blue trailer and box truck at the stadium.

  • Students will walk back to the high school as the parents finish packing the trucks

• 9:20am (approx) - Students change into uniforms

• 9:35am - Depart Williamstown

  • It's highly recommended to bring a snack to eat. You will not be able to eat until after our performance.

• 10:15am - Arrive at Millville Memorial HS

  • Unpack the trucks

  • Build the props

  • Use the bathrooms (last opportunity to use bathrooms until after the performance)

• 11:10am - Warm Up

• 12:45pm - Perform

  • Schedule of other performing groups

• After our performance:

  • Pack up all instruments and equipment. Parents will assist with loading trailers and packing props.

  • Watch other groups perform

  • Students will have the opportunity to purchase concessions (most likely cash only) following our performance

• 2:45pm - Awards

  • All students should be sitting in a group during the awards ceremony.

  • No staff judges critique.

• 3:15pm - Load Buses and return home

• 3:55pm - Approximate Return to WHS

• 4:25pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

  • 5:30pm - Rehearse National Anthem and Pep Tunes with Middle School students

  • 6pm - Depart for Stadium

  • Pregame

    • Senior Night Ceremony

      • 6:15pm - Seniors will meet parents/escorts at the gate closest to the middle school

      • 6:30pm - Senior Nigh Ceremony

    • All MS Band students will join the HS Band students on the field to play the National Anthem

  • 7pm - Game Starts

  • We will perform our competition show at Halftime

  • Rehearsal (11am - 3pm)

  • Halloween Parade

    • Students will eat dinner and change into costumes before we depart.

    • 5:45pm - Depart

    • 6pm - Arrive at CVS parking lot

    • 7pm - Parade begins

• Sunday, 10/19 - TOB Region 1 Chapters at Eastern Regional High School (Report Time TBD, Performance Time TBD)
