This week’s rehearsals

- Tuesday, 9/21 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)

- Wednesday, 9/22 - WHS Back to School Night (6pm - 8pm)

- Thursday, 9/23 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)

Friday, 9/24 - Home Football Game vs Lenape HS

- 5:15pm – Report, Load Trailer, and Change Into Uniform (wear your blue member shirt, eat dinner before you come, you will not be able to eat a snack until after our Half Time performance)

- 6pm - Depart for Stadium

- 6:10pm - Seniors will meet Escorts at the gate

- 6:30pm - Senior Night Ceremony

- 7pm - Game Starts

- Halftime - Performance! (We will need help from parents to push equipment on and off the field!)

- 9:30pm – Approximate game end

- 9:45pm – Approximate Return to WHS

- 10pm - Approximate Dismissal

Saturday, 9/25 - Competition at Clearview HS

- 9am - Report to Theater to watch film from last night’s performance

- 9:45am/10am - Rehearsal begins in parking lot

- Bring a snack. A short 10-15 minute break will be given between 9am-1:30pm

- 1:30pm - Load the trailer, Eat, and Dress (make sure you have your 2021 Leonardo tour shirt if you don’t wear it to rehearsal)

The Band Parents will be providing hamburgers and hot dogs for late lunch/ early dinner for us! (Thank you Band Parents!) You can bring dinner if you would rather eat something else. Please reach out to Mr. Kuntz if you have any dietary restrictions.

- 3:15pm - Depart WHS

- 6:15pm - Performance at Clearview HS

Tickets: $12 - General Admission. $8 - Students and Senior Citizens. Free - under 4 years old.

- Students may purchase concessions after our performance and throughout the remainder of the competition. It is not required to purchase concessions, but I'd like for us to support Clearview's fundraising as much as possible. Money can be left in their garment bags on the bus. We will be returning back to the buses after our performance, before we watch the other bands in the bleachers.

- 10:20pm - Approximate Return to WHS

- Friday, 10/1 - Away Football Game at Shawnee HS (Report time TBD. Game starts at 7pm. We are only performing as a pep band).

- Saturday, 10/2 - Competition at Shawnee HS (Williamstown performs at 5:30pm at Shawnee HS. Awards at 9:45pm. More information coming soon).

- Sunday, 10/3 - Rain Date Performance TBD
