This week’s rehearsals
- Tuesday, 9/20 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- Thursday, 9/22 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
Friday, 9/23 - Away Football Game at Washington Township HS
*Wear your blue member shirt and eat dinner before you arrive. You will not be able to eat a snack until 3rd quarter.
- 5pm - Report, rehearse America (for Honor Flight) and Sonic Boom
- 5:40pm – Load Trailer and Buses
- 6pm - Depart WHS
- 7pm - Game Starts
- 9:30pm – Approximate game end
- 10:10pm – Approximate Return to WHS
- 10:20pm - Approximate Dismissal after clean up
- *Sometimes football games last longer than anticipated. Please join the WHS Parent Remind, I always send a Remind when we are returning from the competition so you don't have to sit in the theater parking lot for too long.

Saturday, 9/24 - Competition at Clearview HS
- 10am - Report to HS Band room to watch film from Thursday night’s rehearsal
- 11am - Load equipment onto tractor. Head out to practice field/stadium
- 11:15am - Rehearsal begins in practice field/stadium
- Bring a snack. A short 10-15 minute break will be given between 10am-2:30pm
- 2:30pm - Load the trailer, Walk back to the High School, Eat, and Dress (make sure you have your grey 2022 The Main Event tour shirt if you don’t wear it to rehearsal) & Bring dinner.
*Please note - This will be the last time you will be able to eat until after our performance unless you have a medical condition.
- 4:35pm - Depart WHS
- 7:15pm - Performance at Clearview HS
- Students will receive water and a snack after the performance. Students may also purchase concessions after our performance and throughout the remainder of the competition. It is not required to purchase concessions, but I'd like for us to support Clearview's fundraising as much as possible. Money can be left in their garment bags on the bus. We will be returning back to the buses after our performance, before we watch the other bands in the bleachers.
- 8:30pm - Awards (no judges critique at this show)
- 10pm - Approximate Return to WHS
- *Sometimes awards ceremonies and judges critiques last longer than anticipated. Please join the WHS Parent Remind, I always send a Remind when we are returning from the competition so you don't have to sit in the theater parking lot for too long.
- 10:20pm - Approximate Dismissal after clean up
- Tickets:
- $12 - General Admission
- $8 - Students and Senior Citizens.
- Free - under 4 years old.

- Tusday, 9/27 (Wednesday, 9/28 - Rain Date) - Middle School Recruitment Field Trip during the school day!

- Thursday, 9/29 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm)
- This is also the WHS Back to School Night (starts at 6pm). The other staff will run rehearsal. Mr. Kuntz will return to rehearsal at 8pm.
- Friday, 9/30 - Home Football Game vs. Cherokee HS (Report time TBD, probably around 5pm to practice some parade music and pep tunes). Game starts at 7pm.

- Saturday, 10/1 - TOB Competition at Shawnee HS (Williamstown performs at 8pm at Shawnee HS. Awards at 8:30pm. More information coming soon).
