This week’s rehearsals

• Tuesday, 9/16 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

• Wednesday, 9/17 - Middle School Instrument Petting Zoo (5:30pm - 8:30pm)

  • Students that are interested in helping should reach out to Mr. Kuntz ASAP.

• Thursday, 9/18 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

Friday, 9/19 - Away Football Game at Timber Creek HS (501 Jarvis Rd, Sicklerville, NJ 08081)

• *Wear your blue polo or member shirt. Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime. Check the weather!

• 4:45pm - Report to HS

• 4:50pm - Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses. Use bathrooms before we depart.

• 5pm - Depart on WHS Buses (20min bus ride)

• 5:20pm - Arrive at Timber Creek HS

• 6pm - Game Starts

• Halftime - We will watch Timber Creek's Band perform, then students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents.

• 8:30pm – Approximate game end

• 8:45pm – Depart Timber Creek HS

• 9:05pm – Approximate Return to WHS

• 9:20pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

Saturday, 9/20 - NJMBDA Competition at Clearview Regional HS (635 Breakneck Rd, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062)

• Parents, Sign Up to help here!

• 9am - Doors Open

• 10:20am - Report to High School for attendance and to watch film from a recent performance. Please eat breakfast before you arrive.

  • Make sure you bring your 2025 tour shirt to change into it after rehearsal. Tour shirts will be distributed soon.

• 11:20am - Load Trailers, Set Up Props, and Travel to Practice Field

  • Students, bring all cases, covers, etc. to pack at the Middle School after rehearsal.

• 12:05pm - Rehearsal Begins

• 2:05pm - Pack blue and white trailers at the Middle School Stadium

  • Parents, if you're helping with truck packing, please meet us at the Middle School.

• 2:35pm - Eat late lunch and change into uniforms

• 3:35pm - Depart Williamstown

• 4:05pm - Arrive at Clearview Regional HS

  • Unpack the trucks

  • Build the props

  • Use the bathrooms (last opportunity to use bathrooms until after the performance)

• 4:45pm - Warm Up

• 6pm - Perform

  • Schedule of other performing groups

• After our performance:

  • Pack up all instruments and equipment. Parents will assist with loading trailers and packing props.

  • Watch other groups perform

  • Students will have the opportunity to purchase concessions (most likely cash only) immediately following our performance

• 8:15pm - Awards

  • All students should be sitting in a group during the awards ceremony.

  • No staff judges critique.

• 9:15pm - Load Buses and return home

• 9:45pm - Approximate Return to WHS

• 10:15pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

• Saturday, 10/4 - NJMBDA Competitions at Millville High School (Report Time TBD, Afternoon performance time)
