This week’s rehearsals

- Tuesday, 8/26 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

Thursday, 8/28 - Away Football Game at Seneca HS (110 Carranza Rd, Tabernacle, NJ 08088).

*Wear your blue polo (or member shirt if you don't have a polo). Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime.

- 4:15pm, Report to HS and Rehearse Pep Tunes

- 5:10pm - Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses. Use bathrooms before we depart.

- 5:30pm - Depart on WHS Buses (50 min bus ride)

- 6:20pm - Arrive at Seneca HS

- 7pm - Game Starts

- Halftime - We will watch Seneca's Band's performance, then students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents.

- 9:30pm – Approximate game end

- 9:45pm – Depart Seneca HS

- 10:35pm – Approximate Return to WHS

- 10:45pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

No Rehearsals on Friday, 8/29 & Saturday, 8/30! Enjoy your Labor Day weekend and your final days of summer vacation!

Upcoming rehearsals and performances

- Tuesday, 9/2 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

- WBPA Meeting at 8pm in High School Band Room. Important planning for Home Show competition

- Thursday, 9/4

- First Day of School! - Pep Band (HS students only). Fill out this Google Form, even if you cannot participate. Performs at 7:15am as all students walk into the building (6:45am report at theater entrance).

- Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

- Friday, 9/5 - Home Football Game vs Shawnee HS (Game starts at 7pm, Report time TBD).

- First performance in uniform during half time! We will need parent volunteers to help us move props and equipment on and off the field. Sign Up Here.

- Saturday, 9/6 - Rehearsal (8:30am - 4:15pm)

- Be ready to learn Mvt 3 Drill!

- We will practice loading our blue and white trailers after rehearsal. Students that are part of the pit crew and percussion sections should plan on staying to learn how it all works. Any parents that plan to help load/unload/put together props at competitions this year are encouraged to join us!
