For those that are new to Marching Band, every Sunday/Monday a weekly schedule is sent out so everyone knows what to expect for the upcoming week's rehearsals and performances. Typically I send this out by Monday evening because sometimes competition performance times are not assigned in advance.

This week’s rehearsals

• Tuesday, 8/18 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

• Thursday, 8/20 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

Saturday, 8/22 - Rehearsal (8:30am - 4:15pm, doors open at 7:30am)

• 7:30am - Doors Open

• 8:30am - Report. Everyone Report to HS to load trailers for rehearsal (please eat breakfast before you arrive).

  • Load pit equipment onto trailers

• 8:40am - Walk over to practice field

  • Drive over equipment, Set up, and Stretch

• 9am - Rehearsal

• 12:30pm - Lunch in High School Cafeteria

• 1:30pm - Rehearsal

• 3:40pm - Clean Up

• 4pm - Announcements in High School Band Room

• 4:15pm - Dismissed

Sunday, 8/23 - AMP Spin Clinic (10:30am - 3:30pm, optional for students that signed up)

Students that told Gia in advance will attend for free (No need to register)! Students should enter through the building through the gym entrance. • Thursday, 8/27 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

• Friday, 8/28 - Away Football Game at Rowan University vs Timber Creek (Game start time TBD. Report time TBD).

  • We will not perform our competition show, only pep tunes in the stands.

• Saturday, 8/29 - No Rehearsal! Enjoy your final days of summer vacation!

• Tuesday, 9/1 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

  • First Day of School! - Pep Band (optional for HS students only) Performs at 7:15am as all students walk into the building (6:45am report at theater entrance, more information coming soon).

• Thursday, 9/3

  • Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)

  • WBPA Meeting at 8pm in High School Band Room. Important planning for Home Show competition

  • There is a varsity football game at Pennsauken on this night. We will not attend the game.

• Friday, 9/4 - No Rehearsal. No Football game. Enjoy the night off!

• Saturday, 9/5 - Rehearsal (8:30am - 4:15pm)

  • We will review uniform etiquette during lunch break.

  • We will practice loading our blue and white trailers after rehearsal. Students that are part of the pit crew and percussion sections should plan on staying to learn how it all works. Any parents that plan to help load/unload/put together props at competitions this year are encouraged to join us!
