- Tuesday, 10/10 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)
- Thursday, 10/12 - Rehearsal (6pm - 9pm, 5:15pm report)
Friday, 10/13 - Home Football vs Timber Creek HS (Senior Night!)
*Wear your blue member shirt and eat dinner before you arrive. You will not be able to eat a snack until 3rd quarter.
- 4:45pm - Report for attendance, Pack Trailers, and Change Into Uniforms
*Rehearse Ghost Busters and Battery Cadence
- 5:30pm/5:45pm - Depart for the stadium
- 6:15pm - Seniors will meet parents/escorts at the gate closest to the middle school
- 6:30pm - Senior Night Ceremony
- Seniors & Senior Parents, please fill out this form and return to me no later than Tuesday, 10/10. You can also send me a picture or a Remind with the information if that's easier. This form is from previous years. I have not received specific information about this Friday yet...
- 7pm - Game Starts
- Halftime performance!
- 9:30pm – Approximate game end
- 9:45pm – Approximate Return to WHS
- 10pm - Approximate Dismissal after clean up

Saturday, 10/14 - Rehearsal - The West Deptford Competition was postponed to Monday, 10/16. We will not be able to attend due to issues with transportation, truck rentals, and student/staff/parent volunteers availability.
*Wear your 2023 Tour Shirts. Eat breakfast (and probably some lunch) before you arrive.
- 11am - Report for attendance and to watch the video of last night's performance.
- 12pm - Sectional Rehearsals
- 2pm - Ensemble Rehearsal in the Gym
- 3pm - Rehearsal Ends. Students will be dismissed after clean up.

- Monroe Township Halloween Parade!
- 3:45pm, rehearse parade music in the theater parking lot
- 4:15pm, pack, eat and dress. Students wear costumes during the parade! Start thinking about what you want to do now! Some sections like to do theme costumes!
- 5:45pm, depart WHS (need to arrive early to be at the front of the line)
- 7pm, parade begins
- 7:45pm, return to WHS after parade.
- Sunday, 10/22, TOB Region 1 Championships at Eastern Regional HS (Williamstown performance TBD. Awards TBD. More information coming soon).
