This week’s rehearsals
Tuesday, 10/7 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
Thursday, 10/9 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
4pm, Color Guard sectional in theater parking lot
WBPA Meeting at 8pm in the HS Band Room
Middle School Recruitment Permission Slips due today.
**Pep Rally Pep Band on Friday, 10/10 in the afternoon during the school day for WHS students only
Friday, 10/10 - Home Football Game vs Cherokee HS (Homecoming)

*Wear your blue member shirt. Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime.
4:30pm - Everyone Report to HS
Pit and Pit Crew will load the trailer immediately after attendance
If you're not on Pit Crew: Get changed into uniform
5pm, Walk over to the stadium
5:15pm, Arrive at the stadium.
Drop off rain jackets and extra drums in the stands.
Prop Crew, walk over to the blue trailer to retrieve the props and station them with the pit equipment. If the props are not put together, put them together. Carl should be properly folded and ready as well.
Pit Crew, unload.
5:40pm, Begin warm up in the side 1 endzone track area (Same as competitions. Vis warm up, Music sections, Ensemble together)
6:30pm, Approximate Pre-game performance
We might begin our performance slightly earlier/later. We will take the field as soon as both football teams are done with their pregame practice
After our performance:
Battery will walk over to the field house to escort the football team to the field
Pit will store all instruments and equipment in the corner of the track, then grab their drums/cymbals and walk over to join the battery
If we have enough parent help, parents will push the props to the blue and white trailers, while winds students prepare for National Anthem.
If we don't have enough parent help, Winds will assist with pushing props off the field with the pit equipment, then go back on the field to play the National Anthem.
7pm - Game Starts
Halftime - Homecoming Ceremony.
Students will be given pretzels and water provided by the Band Parents and will be allowed to use the bathrooms. Students will be able to visit with the visiting school's band.
9:30pm – Approximate game end
9:45pm – Approximate Return to WHS
10pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Saturday, 10/11 - TOB Competition at West Deptford HS (1600 Crown Point Rd, West Deptford, NJ 08093)

11am - Doors Open
12pm - Report to High School for attendance and to watch film from the football game performance. Please eat breakfast/lunch before you arrive.
Make sure you bring your 2025 tour shirt to change into it after rehearsal.
12:40pm - Load Trailers, Travel to Practice Field, and Set Up Props
Students, bring all cases, covers, etc. to pack at the Middle School after rehearsal.
1:25pm - Rehearsal Begins (Basics, then playing and moving)
3:55pm - Pack blue trailer and box truck at the Middle School Stadium
Parents, if you're helping with truck packing, please meet us at the Middle School.
4:25pm - Eat early dinner and change into uniforms
5:25pm - Depart Williamstown
6:05pm - Arrive at West Deptford HS
Parking buses usually takes extra time
Unpack the trucks
Build the props
Use the bathrooms, a bit of a walk (last opportunity to use bathrooms until after the performance)
7:10pm - Warm Up
8:30pm - Perform
Contact the WBPA (williamstownbpa@gmail.com) if you'd like to purchase your tickets ahead of time. TOB allows us to sell tickets to their shows and we get to keep the proceeds! Admission is $12 for adults and $8 for students and seniors. Cash or check is preferred.
After our performance:
Pack up all instruments and equipment. Parents will assist with loading trailers and packing props.
Watch other groups perform
Students should have the opportunity to purchase concessions (most likely cash only) immediately following our performance
9:45pm - Awards
All students should be sitting in a group during the awards ceremony.
10:30pm - Load Buses and return home
11:10pm - Approximate Return to WHS
11:40pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

5:30pm - Rehearse National Anthem and Pep Tunes with Middle School students
6pm - Depart for Stadium

Senior Night Ceremony
6:15pm - Seniors will meet parents/escorts at the gate closest to the middle school
6:30pm - Senior Nigh Ceremony
All MS Band students will join the HS Band students on the field to play the National Anthem
7pm - Game Starts
We will perform our competition show at Halftime
Saturday, 10/18
Rehearsal (11am - 3pm)
Halloween Parade
Students will eat dinner and change into costumes before we depart.
5:45pm - Depart
6pm - Arrive at CVS parking lot
7pm - Parade begins
7:45pm - Approximate Return to WHS
8pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Sunday, 10/19 - TOB Region 1 Chapters at Eastern Regional High School (Report Time TBD, Performance Time TBD)
