10/6-10/10 Weekly Schedule
Rehearsals
Tuesday, 10/6 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
8pm, WBPA Meeting (in HS Band Room)
Don't forget to return uniforms to the uniform closet if you took them home to wash them!
Thursday, 10/8 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
Friday, 10/9 - Away Football Game at Delsea Regional High School (242 Fries Mill Rd, Franklinville, NJ 08322)
*Wear your blue member shirt and/or other Williamstown apparel. Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until after your halftime performance. We are only a pep band tonight, we are not performing on the football field.
We will need parent volunteers to help us transport equipment. Sign Up Here.
4:45pm - Report to HS and Rehearse New Pep Tunes, Halloween Parade Music, Battery Cadence...etc.
Students are permitted to stay after school if they cannot secure a ride on time.
5:45pm - Load Equipment onto Pick Up Truck and Buses. Use bathrooms before we depart.
6pm - Depart (15 min bus ride)
6:15pm - Arrive at Delsea Regional HS
7pm - Game Starts
Halftime - Students will be allowed to use the bathrooms and eat a snack provided by the Band Parents. Students are not permitted to purchase concessions.
9:30pm - Approximate game end
9:45pm - Depart
10pm - Approximate Return to WHS
10:10pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Saturday, 10/10 - Double Competition Day!
We will need parent volunteers to help us move props and equipment on and off the field at both competitions. Sign Up Here.
9:20am - Doors Open
10:20am - Report to High School for attendance
Make sure you bring your 2026 tour shirt. Students will need them if they change out of uniform.
Color Guard - Speak with Gia and leadership about what to wear/come prepared with (hair, makeup, etc). Have your 2026 tour shirt
10:30am - Pack the blue and white trailers at the high school.
11am (approx) - Students change into uniforms
Everyone must use the bathrooms before we depart. We will not be using the bathrooms when we first get to Clayton unless it's an emergency.
11:15am - Depart Williamstown
11:30am - Arrive at Clayton HS (55 Pop Kramer Blvd Unit a, Clayton, NJ 08312)
Unpack the trucks
12:10pm - Warm Up
1:45pm - Perform

After our performance:
Pack up all instruments and equipment.
Change out of uniforms (if time)
Watch other groups perform
Students will have the opportunity to purchase concessions (most likely cash only) following our performance. Keep in mind, we will have a longer dinner break in between competitions.
2:45pm - Awards
All students should be sitting in a group during the awards ceremony.
Staff will attend judges critique
3:30pm - Load Buses
4pm - Depart Clayton
4:15pm - Arrive at Williamstown High School
4:30pm - Dinner. The WBPA will provide hoagie trays for dinner (thank you Band Parents!). Please bring dinner if you would like to eat something else.
Students will change back into uniforms after eating.
5:30pm - Depart
5:45pm - Arrive at Washington Township HS (529 Hurffville - Cross Keys Rd #2831, Sewell, NJ 08080)
Watch other groups perform
Students, please use the bathroom during this time (last opportunity to use bathrooms until after the performance).
6:45pm - Unpack the trucks
7:15pm - Warm Up
8:30pm - Perform
Tickets
$15 - adults
$10 - students, seniors, children
After our performance:

Parents can pick students up early from the competition if they want to due to the late return and dismissal times.
10:30pm - Awards
All students should be sitting in a group during the awards ceremony.
Staff will attend judges critique (TBD due to the late dismissal)
11pm - Load Buses and return home
11:20pm - Approximate Return to WHS
11:50pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Student drivers, please think ahead.
Uniforms should be taken home to be washed every 1-2 weeks.
Uniforms should be returned on Tuesday nights (at the beginning or end of rehearsals) to ensure everything is accounted for in the uniform closet for Friday and Saturday performances.

Saturday, 10/17
Rehearsal (11am - 3pm). Everyone must attend rehearsal.
After Rehearsal
Students participating in the Halloween parade will stay at the high school to eat dinner, change into costumes...etc.
Students participating in the Homecoming dance are dismissed after clean up.
Halloween Parade
5:45pm - Depart
6pm - Arrive at CVS parking lot
7pm - Parade begins
7:45pm - Approximate Return to WHS
8pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
If you are attending the parade, we recommend parking near St. Mary's/Oak Knoll Elementary and then walking to CVS/the parade in order to leave easier to remain on time for pick up.

Thursday, 10/22 - Home Football Game vs Eastern (Senior Night & Middle School Recruitment Night!)
Report Time TBD (Going to be early. We rehearse and perform the National Anthem with the Middle School students during pregame. There will also be a senior night ceremony during pregame).
