Tuesday, 10/14
Middle School Recruitment Assembly (during the school day)

Honor Flight (high school students only, in the morning during the school day)

Friday, 10/17 - Home Football Game vs Delsea Regional HS (Senior Night & Middle School Band Night)

*Wear your blue member shirt. Eat dinner before you arrive, you will not be able to eat a snack until halftime.
4:45pm - Everyone Report to HS
Pit and Pit Crew will load the trailer immediately after attendance
If you're not on Pit Crew: Get changed into uniform
5:30pm - Rehearse National Anthem and Pep Tunes with Middle School students in the theater parking lot
5:50pm - Walk over to the stadium
Pregame
Prop Crew, walk over to the blue trailer to retrieve the props and station them with the pit equipment. If the props are not put together, put them together. Carl should be properly folded and ready as well.
Pit Crew, unload.
Senior Night Ceremony
*Seniors, please let me know ASAP who will be escorting you during the ceremony so I can contact the athletic office.
6:15pm - Seniors will meet parents/escorts at the gate closest to the middle school
6:30pm - Senior Night Ceremony
All MS Band students will join the HS Band students on the field to play the National Anthem
Battery will first escort the football team to the field. Then join us for the National Anthem.
7pm - Game Starts
We will perform our competition show at Halftime
Students will be given pretzels and water provided by the Band Parents and will be allowed to use the bathrooms. Students will be able to visit with the visiting school's band.
9:30pm – Approximate game end
9:45pm – Approximate Return to WHS
10pm -Â Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Saturday, 10/18 - Rehearsal & Halloween Parade
Volunteer Sign Up Here if you would like to participate in the parade!
Mr. Kuntz will need a few banner holders to march in the front of the parade (usually siblings that are 8-10 years old). Please contact Mr. Kuntz asap if you have interested children.
10:30am - Doors Open
12pm - Report to High School for attendance and to Load Trailers, Travel to Practice Field, and Set Up Props.
Please eat breakfast/lunch before you arrive.
Make sure you bring your costume to change into after rehearsal.
1pm - Rehearsal Begins
3pm - Clean up, Pack the blue trailer at the Middle School Stadium (less work the following day) & Walk back to the high school
Everything that does not get used in the parade will be packed for the following day.
Students that are not participating in the parade are dismissed after clean up.
3:45pm - Rehearse Parade Music & March Around the parking lot
4:15pm - Pack, Eat, & Change into costumes
The Band Parents will be providing burgers and fries for all students and staff. Please bring a dinner if you want to eat something else.
Use the bathrooms before we depart. There are no bathrooms at the parade sight.
5:45pm - Depart
6pm - Arrive at CVS parking lot
7pm - Parade begins
7:45pm - Approximate Return to WHS
8pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)
Sunday, 10/19 - TOB Region 1 Chapters at Eastern Regional HSÂ (1401 Laurel Oak Rd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043)

1:15pm - Doors Open
1:45pm - Report to High School for attendance, to finish packing instruments and equipment at the high school (whatever was used in the parade), and change into uniforms
Please eat breakfast/lunch before you arrive.
Make sure you wear your 2025 tour shirt to wear under your uniform.
2:35pm - Depart Williamstown
3:15pm - Arrive at Eastern Regional HS
Unpack the trucks
Build the props
Use the bathrooms (last opportunity to use bathrooms until after the performance)
4:10pm - Warm Up
5:30pm - Perform (earliest performance time, may change)
After our performance:
Pack up all instruments and equipment. Parents will assist with loading trailers and packing props.
Watch other groups perform
Students should have the opportunity to purchase concessions (most likely cash only) immediately following our performance
6:30pm - Awards
All students should be sitting in a group during the awards ceremony.
7:30pm - Load Buses and return home
8:10pm - Approximate Return to WHS
8:40pm - Approximate Dismissal (after clean up)

Thursday, 10/30 - Rehearsal (5:15pm - 9:15pm, doors open at 4pm)
Friday, 10/31 - Possible Playoff Football Game TBD (Game Start TBD, Report Time TBD)
Saturday, 11/1 - Rehearsal & Send Off Performance
*It's possible that a playoff football game could be moved to Saturday, 11/1 to avoid Halloween. If this happens, we would attend the playoff football game and hold a send off performance. Schedule TBD until we have more information.
If a playoff football game is scheduled on Saturday 11/1, students would not have rehearsal on Friday 10/31 (enjoy the night off!).
Schedule if there is no playoff football game:
10:45am - Senior Speeches, Slideshow, and Group Activities
Seniors, please begin planning out what you'd like to say! Each Senior will have up to 5 minutes to speak. You don't have to use all of the time. (If all 10 Seniors take 5 minutes to speak, speeches will last for about 50 minutes...).
1:30pm - Rehearsal
3:30pm - Snack Break & Change into uniforms
4pm - Parent Send Off Performance
4:15pm - Group Photos in Uniform with Props
4:30pm - Pack everything for the following day.
Sunday, 11/1 - NJMBDA State Championships at The College of New Jersey (Earliest Performance Time 11:30am, Report Time probably early, TBD)
